The user assumes full responsibility for all uploaded data and resulting actions.
6. Shared Database & Cross-Matching
The system operates a shared database environment
Uploaded images may be compared across records submitted by other authorized users
By uploading images, the user:

Acknowledges that such data may be used for investigative lead generation within the system
7. Sensitive Data & Legal Compliance

Users acknowledge that:

The system may generate false positives or false negatives
Similarity scores are probabilistic estimates and not conclusive findings
9. Prohibited Use
This system must not be used for:
Personal surveillance or tracking
Harassment, profiling, or targeting individuals
Unauthorized or unofficial investigations
Any unlawful, unethical, or non-permitted activity
Any misuse may result in immediate access revocation and legal action.
10. No Evidentiary Value
Outputs generated by this system are not legally admissible evidence by themselves
Results must be corroborated through independent investigation and legally valid procedures
11. Data Processing & Third-Party Services
Uploaded images may be processed and temporarily stored for system functionality, logging, and audit
The platform may use third-party AI services (including AWS Rekognition or similar providers)
12. Access Control
